ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

CDBG-NR REHABILITATION PROJECT

TOWN OF GREENEVERS, NC

The Town of Greenevers is bidding out two houses for rehabilitation. Sealed BIDS for the TOWN OF GREENEVERS CDBG-NR REHABILITATION PROJECT will be received by the TOWN OF GREENEVERS at the office of Emma Brinson located at 314 E. Charity Rd., Rose Hill, NC 28458 until 11 :00 a.m. on February 6, 2026. Each house will be awarded to the lowest, responsible bidder.

 The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location(s):

1. The Adams Company, Inc., 708 Abner Phillips Rd., Warsaw, NC 28398
2. Town of Greenevers, 314 E. Charity Rd., Rose Hill, NC 28458 at the office of the Town Administrator/Clerk, Emma Brinson.

 Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of the Engineer located at 708 Abner Phillips Rd, Warsaw, NC upon payment of$ 200.00 for each set. Digital copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at no cost by contacting the Engineer at 910-293-2770.

Any BIDDER, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS (Plans and Specifications) promptly and in good condition, will be refunded $ 200.00 , and any non-bidder upon so returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be refunded$ 0.00.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS.

 BIDDER shall be properly licensed under Chapter 87, General Statutes of North Carolina.
