NOTIFICATION OF FIRE HYDRANT TESTING

The Greenevers VFD in conjunction with the Town of Greenevers will be conducting fire hydrant testing on our water system beginning Thursday, April 7, 2022. When testing begins on the system there is a possibility that the following issues may occur up to several days after the start date:
- Rust colored water in the main water lines,
- Low water pressure, and
- No water for a short period of time.
We will begin the process of flushing the main water lines as soon as possible. However, customers will also be required to flush the water lines within their homes to clear out any rust-colored water as well.
