PROGRAM AMENDMENT FOR
2020 TOWN OF GREENEVERS CDBG-NR
Notice is hereby given that the Greenevers Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on September 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Greenevers Community Center concerning the intention of Greenevers to submit a program amendment to the Town's CDBG-NR program. Due to 2 ineligible properties, Greenevers proposes to add 1-2 properties for rehabilitation/reconstruction that meet the budget and state requirements.
The purpose of this public hearing is to notify citizens of the proposed amendment and receive comments relative to the proposed amendment. Formal written views concerning the proposed amendment submitted to the Greenevers Town Hall will be responded to within ten (10) calendar days.
The total CDBG program cost is $750,000.00 which represents 100% of the total project funds.
