CDBG-NR REHABILITATION PROJECT

The Town of Greenevers is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of two houses under the CDBG-NR Rehabilitation Project. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on February 6, 2026, to the Greenevers Town Hall. Each house will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Contract documents are available for review at The Adams Company, Inc. in Warsaw, NC, and at the Town of Greenevers office in Rose Hill, NC. For more information click here.
