NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF GREENEVERS
APPLICATION FOR
2020 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING
Notice is hereby given that the Greenevers Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on June 8, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Greenevers Town Hall to solicit public input on local community development and needs in relation to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for a project in the community.
The Town of Greenevers anticipates submitting a CDBG application in 2020. Information on the amount of funding available, the requirements on benefit to low-and-moderate income persons, eligible activities, and plans to minimize displacement and provide displacement assistance as necessary will be available. Citizens will also be given the opportunity to provide oral and written comment on Greenevers’ use of CDBG funds. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
