RFP FOR DITCH CLEANOUTS

The Town of Greenevers is requesting bids to perform ditch cleanouts on the following roads: Clinic Circle Drive, Cedar Lane, and Carr Town Road. Work will consist of selective removal of debris that impedes flow in the ditches along the roads stated above. The Contractor is expected to furnish labor, equipment, and traffic control. The projected availability date and completion date for this project is anticipated for early 2023. For more information regarding this request, please feel free to attend the board meeting scheduled for December 12th at 7:00 PM at the Greenevers Community Center located at 494 Clinic Circle Drive.

REVISED PROPOSED FUTURE LAND USE MAP NOW AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNITY REVIEW

Please take notice that a Public Hearing and Consideration of Adoption for the 2022 Town of Greenevers Comprehensive Plan will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022 beginning at 7:00 pm by the Town Board and the Planning Board. The proposed plan will address new planning and development regulations requirements established by the state (NCGS 160D).
